Recipe for atherosclerosis with garlic, how to clean blood vessels

Recipes with garlic for the treatment of atherosclerosis

Treatment of atherosclerosis with traditional methods gives excellent results. Collections and recipes with garlic have become especially popular.

Due to the fact that it contains substances with high antioxidant activity (allicin, selenium), it not only cleanses the blood and body of toxins and protects against the effects of free radicals, but also reduces cholesterol levels, strengthens the walls of blood vessels, which can slow down the development of atherosclerosis or It will even lead to complete cleansing of blood vessels from atherosclerotic plaques.

With atherosclerosis, it is very important to maintain normal blood clotting, and garlic helps a lot with this - it is enough to eat 4 cloves of garlic with food (useful with yogurt) to maintain “correct” clotting for 2-3 hours in a row.

In the morning on an empty stomach, eat a sandwich of a piece of bread covered with a thin layer of butter and sprinkled with finely chopped garlic. Do this every day for at least a month, 30-60 minutes before breakfast.

Modern methods of treating vascular atherosclerosis

We usually attribute periodic pain in the legs to fatigue, but sometimes, especially in adulthood, such symptoms indicate a serious pathology - atherosclerosis of the legs.
This dangerous disease requires qualified medical care (phlebologist, cardiologist, vascular surgeon). Only then can you count on, if not a complete recovery, then at least a significant improvement in your health.

Description of the disease

Obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremities is a disease characterized by a whole complex of disorders: changes in the blood supply to blood vessels, developing tissue trophism. More often than others, the disease affects the large vessels of the abdominal cavity.

This provokes pathology of other arteries - popliteal, femoral, tibial - their diameter is reduced by half.

At the next stage, the lower leg and foot are affected. The disease develops over ten years and comes on unnoticed. It is diagnosed in a timely manner only in 50% of patients.

The degree of danger (death in some developed countries) is clearly demonstrated by the table, which presents WHO statistics (atherosclerosis of the legs in comparison with diabetes mellitus).

There are four stages in the formation of vascular pathology of the legs.

  1. The first (preclinical) is characterized by lipoidosis - a serious disorder of lipid metabolism. Pain in the limbs appears only with long walking and other prolonged physical activity. The disease often develops and is asymptomatic.
  2. At the next stage, the first symptoms of the disease appear: pain in the legs after walking 250-1000 m. The lumen of the blood vessels at this stage is 60-80% filled.
  3. In case of critical ischemia, all signs are clearly diagnosed: pain is felt after just 50 m of walking.
  4. The fourth stage is characterized by progressive damage to the legs by trophic ulcers, necrosis (the skin turns black and dies) and gangrene. Feelings of heaviness and pain appear in any position of the body, even at night.

In 50% of cases, atherosclerosis of the legs does not manifest itself in any way and is diagnosed only with additional examination. After 50 years, it is present in every fifth inhabitant of the planet. If treatment for atherosclerosis of the lower extremities is not started in a timely manner, surgical intervention with amputation of the leg will be required.

What else is dangerous about the disease, you can find out from this video

Among the main reasons that lead to atherosclerosis:

  • Smoking - nicotine provokes spasm of the arteries and impedes blood flow, creating all the conditions for thrombophlebitis and atherosclerosis;
  • Alcohol;
  • Obesity, the predominance of fatty and high-calorie foods in the diet, which increase the level of “bad” cholesterol.
  • Some diseases: diabetes mellitus, hypertension, reduction in the synthesis of sex hormones and insufficiency of the thyroid gland;
  • Hereditary tendency to hyperlipidemia;
  • Inappropriate reaction to stressful situations;
  • Increased blood pressure;
  • Age (middle and old);
  • Gender (the disease is more common in men);
  • Race (African Americans are 2.5 times more likely);
  • Insufficient physical activity;
  • Frequent mental overload;
  • Injuries.

The insidiousness of the disease lies in the fact that for a long time (until the lumen of the vessels is half clogged) it does not manifest itself in anything, and when a bunch of problems appear immediately, the pathology already requires serious treatment. Only one in ten patients show signs of intermittent claudication.

And yet, the first stage of atherosclerosis of the lower extremities can be recognized by some symptoms:

  • Intermittent claudication;
  • The foot often goes numb;
  • Embolism or thrombosis (uncommon);
  • The body is chilling from the inside;
  • The skin is pale and bluish;
  • Convulsions (most often occur at night);
  • Periodic pain of varying strength;
  • There is no pulse on the thigh, under the knee, or on the ankle;
  • Trophic signs – nail separation, ulcers, hair loss;
  • Pain that gets worse with movement;
  • Cyanosis (purple-red skin tone).

If you do not take urgent measures to eliminate the causes, non-stenotic atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities with such symptoms will eventually turn into stenotic, characterized by blockage of the veins, atrophy, ulceration, swelling and gangrene.

Even when the vessel is completely blocked, blood still circulates through the collateral branches, so there are no clear symptoms. Initially, patients complain of cold feet, calf muscle spasms, numb fingers, and fatigue during exercise.

General malaise is explained by the need to spend a lot of time “on your feet,” bad weather, and uncomfortable shoes.

Arterial spasms are also common in smokers. After getting rid of the addiction, the leg problem may go away on its own, but treating a smoking patient is a futile exercise.

In origin, atherosclerosis is compared to angina pectoris; it is also called intermittent claudication. To reduce pain, such patients are advised to keep their feet warm, not make sudden movements when walking, and gradually pick up the pace.

Diagnostic methods

Timely differential diagnosis is the main condition for successful treatment. It helps to exclude diseases with similar symptoms such as thromboangiitis, Monckeberg sclerosis, Raynaud's syndrome, endarteritis, and sciatic neuritis.

The non-invasive method uses the capabilities of ultrasonic waves to assess the anatomical capabilities of blood vessels, the condition of the walls, internal lesions, and external compression.

If atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities is suspected, a comprehensive examination is usually offered:

  • MSCT angiography;
  • MR angiography;
  • Arteriography;
  • Doppler ultrasound of arteries;
  • Assessing the pulsation of the leg veins;
  • Monitoring blood pressure to determine the ankle-brachial index;
  • Consultation with a phlebologist.

Doctors check the trophism of the limbs (or lack thereof), assess the patency of blood vessels and occlusions. Using DS and ultrasound, the systolic murmurs of stenotic arteries are listened to and the degree of pulsation is assessed.

A simple test that evaluates tissue anemization also helps clarify the diagnosis: the patient, lying down, raises his legs to 45°. Knees straight. The doctor evaluates the rate of paleness of the soles and fatigue of the legs.

Photographs of problem areas help to visually monitor the dynamics of the pathological process. Peripheral angiography gives an idea of the length of the altered vascular bed, helps to assess the degree of thrombolization, the nature of the forming “bypass paths,” and the type of arteries.

The treatment regimen for this serious pathology depends on the stage of the disease, its duration, the degree of vascular damage and concomitant ailments. Both traditional and non-traditional therapy are used.

I am already 70 years old. About 10 years ago I noticed the first signs of atherosclerosis. I worked at the dacha. Suddenly I began to feel short of breath, my legs seemed to give way, and my heart was beating very quickly. I had to get to the country house and lie down for about 20 minutes. It seemed like everything had passed, but that day I decided not to work anymore and went home.

I spent about a week at home, watching myself very carefully. I noticed that the shortness of breath was not very strong, but still began to appear every time I climbed the stairs or gave myself any other physical activity. Despite all the alarming signs, a week later I still couldn’t resist and went to the dacha again.

This is where something terrible happened to me. Suddenly my heart began to hurt, my vision darkened, a terrible weakness came over me, and I thought that I would fall and die between the beds. But no, I came across a plum. Leaning on it, I stood for a while, and the faintness began to pass. That day I drove home very carefully.

I had to take a closer look at my health. It turned out that I also have a heart rhythm disorder. So there was almost no doubt left - it was atherosclerosis. The doctor confirmed my guess. When I was young, I was once interested in medicine and dreamed of becoming a doctor. The dream did not come true, but some knowledge has remained since then.

So, from my youth I remembered that atherosclerosis, if left untreated, can turn into thrombophlebitis or even a heart attack. I didn't like this prospect at all. Therefore, I decided that I needed to act quickly and for sure. Just at that moment I came across a book with recipes for traditional medicine. And since I don’t have much reverence for pills, I decided to try out some of the arsenal that was provided there.

For treatment, I prepared a garlic tincture. 40 grams of garlic were infused in a closed vessel in 100 grams of alcohol. I steeped the garlic in the dark for 10 days and then strained it. To improve the taste, I added mint drops to the tincture. You should drink this tincture 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Also, since I discovered that I had the disease, I began to eat apples. I read in one magazine that they also help fight atherosclerosis. Every morning on an empty stomach I ate a fresh sweet apple. And only after 15 minutes he started eating.

Very soon the alarming symptoms began to subside, and I felt in shape again. Now I go to the dacha all the time. While there is enough health to plant the beds, and then harvest the harvest.

In the 1950s, scientists discovered that people who eat foods with proportional amounts of nutrients are less susceptible to cancer, atherosclerosis and other degenerative diseases. It was at that time that one of the most pressing topics in medicine became the problem of antioxidants. Antioxidants include those vitamins and minerals that protect the body from the effects of free radicals - extremely aggressive fragments of molecules formed as a result of increased metabolism and harmful environmental influences.

Allow the finished product to cool to 40°C. The procedure time should be 20–30 minutes. Baths should be taken every other day.

Health recipes: garlic against atherosclerosis

Poor nutrition (lack of plant fiber with an abundance of refined and high-calorie foods, cholesterol-rich fatty foods), excess weight (associated with a sedentary lifestyle), smoking - all this creates a favorable environment for the development of atherosclerosis. The walls of blood vessels become denser, atherosclerotic plaques form on them, and the lumen narrows. The result is circulatory disorders, deterioration of blood supply to various organs. One of the available remedies to solve this problem is garlic.

Garlic is an affordable and effective remedy for atherosclerosis

It has a vasodilator, anti-sclerotic, antioxidant, general strengthening effect, helps reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol in the blood, helps cleanse and strengthen the walls of blood vessels, activate metabolism, and lower blood pressure. In addition, it prevents the formation of blood clots, enhances the contraction of the heart muscle and improves blood circulation. These properties make garlic a very effective “weapon” against atherosclerosis.

The easiest way to use natural “medicine” is to eat 2-3 cloves of garlic daily. But first make sure there are no contraindications ; This issue is discussed in detail in the article Garlic: health benefits and harm. In some cases, contraindications to other ingredients of medicinal formulations should also be taken into account.

  • Garlic juice with honey against atherosclerosis

Mix 0.5 tablespoons of garlic juice and honey. Take the mixture for 1 month 3 times a day, half an hour before meals, then take a 10-day break and repeat. Conduct several courses.

Important! Garlic juice is a potent remedy, so you should not exceed the recommended dose and duration of treatment. An overdose can cause irritation of the gastric mucosa, as well as vascular spasms and cardiac dysfunction. This drug should not be used for gastritis and peptic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum with increased acidity of gastric juice, pancreatitis, acute inflammatory kidney diseases, and epilepsy. The use of garlic and its preparations during pregnancy should be discussed with your doctor.

  • Garlic tincture for atherosclerosis

Fill a 0.5 liter bottle with chopped peeled garlic to half the volume. Pour in vodka and leave in a dark place at room temperature for 12 days, shaking regularly. For atherosclerosis and for its prevention, take 3 times a day, 15 minutes before meals, 5 drops of tincture in 1 teaspoon of water.

  • Garlic wine for atherosclerosis

Pour 100 g of peeled chopped garlic into 0.5 liters of Cahors, seal, leave in a dark place at room temperature for 20 days, shaking daily. Strain. Take 3 times a day, half an hour before meals, 1 tablespoon. This remedy is also useful for general weakening of the body and after a heart attack.

Garlic and lemon are useful for the prevention of atherosclerosis and its treatment

  • Garlic oil with lemon for atherosclerosis

Grind 1 head of peeled garlic, pour in 1 glass of unrefined sunflower oil and leave in a cool place, shaking occasionally, for 1 day. Then squeeze the juice from 1 lemon, pour it into the oil-garlic mixture, stir. Leave in a dark, cool place for 1 week. For atherosclerosis and hypertension, take this remedy for 3 months 3 times a day, half an hour before meals, 1 teaspoon. Then take a break for 1 month and repeat the course.

  • Garlic with lemon and honey for atherosclerosis

Grind 100 g of peeled garlic, squeeze the juice from 6 lemons, mix the ingredients, add 50 g of honey, mix thoroughly again, seal well, leave in a cold place for 5 days. For the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, take this mixture 3 times a day, 20-30 minutes before meals, 1 teaspoon, until the prepared product runs out. Then take a break for a week and repeat the course. In total, at least 3-4 courses will be required.

  • Garlic with honey and dill seeds for atherosclerosis

Thoroughly mix 2 cups of peeled chopped garlic, 2.5 cups of honey and 2 tablespoons of chopped dill seeds. Seal and leave in a dark place at room temperature for a week. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture 3 times a day for 1 month, half an hour before meals. Repeat the course after a 10-day break.

Methods for making garlic-based medicines

Garlic and its preparations are widely recognized as a means of preventing and treating heart, vascular and other metabolic diseases, atherosclerosis, hyperlipidemia, thrombosis, hypertension and diabetes.

Garlic, as a remedy for atherosclerosis, is included in many medicines sold in pharmacies. The peculiarity of products prepared on the basis of traditional medicine recipes differ significantly from synthetic pharmacological drugs in that only in very rare cases they can provoke the appearance of an allergic reaction and individual intolerance.

Garlic-based products can be easily prepared at home; the recipes are quite simple and affordable.

The easiest way to use this product is to eat a few cloves a day. This amount of product is sufficient not only to combat atherosclerosis by purifying the blood, but also to dissolve small-volume cholesterol deposits on the walls of blood vessels.

In the process of treating atherosclerosis, you can use garlic oil, rubbing, tinctures and infusions.

Garlic oil can be used as a supplement to any vegetable oil in the diet. To enrich vegetable oil, you need to add up to 10 crushed medium-sized cloves of the plant to a bottle of any vegetable oil. The oil with the additive should be infused for 10 days, after which it can be used in preparing a variety of salads

The effectiveness of garlic on cardiovascular disease has been more encouraging in experimental studies, prompting several clinical trials. Although many clinical trials have shown the positive effects of garlic on almost all the cardiovascular conditions mentioned above, however, a number of negative studies have recently questioned the effectiveness of garlic, especially its effect in lowering blood cholesterol. It is very important for scientists all over the world to use garlic correctly and enjoy maximum positive effects as it is the cheapest way to prevent many diseases. An affordable way to prevent vascular atherosclerosis is to consume a clove of garlic daily. But, unfortunately, all people are different and not everyone calmly tolerates the extremely aggressive aromatic effect of garlic. It is not recommended to use high temperatures with garlic to make a medicinal decoction.

Rubbing has found wide application in the treatment of atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities. The tincture prepared for this purpose is not intended for internal use.

To make the tincture, you will need to grate 10 cloves and pour the resulting mass with apple cider vinegar, after which 100 ml of vodka or alcohol is added to the mixture. The mixture is placed in the dark and infused for 14 days.

When preparing a compress, the finished medicine is diluted with water. Apple-garlic vinegar tincture easily penetrates the skin into the blood vessels and helps dissolve lipid formations and relieves swelling of the extremities.

Treatment of atherosclerosis with garlic-based products

Treatment with folk remedies for vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and hypertension can be effective. Garlic is considered one of the most popular and easiest to use for vascular atherosclerosis.

This natural product helps to “clean” the walls of the arteries from deposits of harmful cholesterol, restore their tone, as well as vascular blood flow.

There are many recipes for using garlic for hypertension and atherosclerosis. In this material we will review the simplest and most effective of them.

Omega-3 for blood vessels

To date, medical examinations have also been carried out among the peoples of the Far North. As a result, a unique discovery was made - the older generation of Greenlandic Eskimos have no signs of atherosclerosis. Researchers were primarily interested in the diet of these peoples and found out that their daily food was raw or frozen raw fish. Otherwise it is called stroganina.

The complex effect of such a diet on the condition of the blood vessels of Eskimos was revealed.

Normalization of blood pressure;

Decreased blood viscosity levels.

Fish has a unique fat composition, which contains quite a lot of Omega-3 PUFAs, and since the product cannot be heat-treated, Eskimos receive these fats in full. As a result, the condition of the blood vessels in these peoples was diagnosed to be similar to the condition of the blood vessels in infants.

Benefits for blood vessels

Why is it considered beneficial to use garlic against atherosclerosis? The fact is that this affordable remedy was created by nature itself to treat the symptoms of vascular diseases.

The composition of garlic is formed by valuable vitamins C, B, D, P, as well as the substances magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, manganese, iodine, zinc.

All these elements contribute to the comprehensive restoration of vascular health:

  • They cleanse the blood of breakdown products and normalize the level of “good” cholesterol.
  • Lowers LDL (low-density lipoprotein) levels, known as “bad” cholesterol.
  • Eliminate atherosclerotic formations inside the vascular walls (plaques).
  • They normalize the platelet level of blood, thereby reducing its coagulability, preventing the risk of thrombosis.
  • They help strengthen the walls of venous and arterial vessels, restore their tone, reduce fragility, and relieve spasms.
  • Garlic has a complex therapeutic effect on vascular atherosclerosis.

Considering that atherosclerosis and hypertension are interrelated factors, often contributing to their mutual occurrence, we can say that garlic-based medications will also be useful for hypertensive patients.

Lecithin is the most important product for atherosclerosis

In atherosclerosis, large vessels are affected. Of course, disease prevention is the best measure. If the disease has arisen, then along with drug treatment it is also necessary to follow a diet aimed at excluding some foods and necessarily including others.

The disease is associated with lipid metabolism disorders. Such a failure provokes the accumulation of so-called “bad” cholesterol in the blood. As a result, “cholesterol plaques” are formed. It is they, deposited on the walls of blood vessels, that pose the main danger.

At the site of plaque formation, the vessel becomes fragile, its lumen narrows. The affected area can trigger the development of a stroke or heart attack. For this reason, the main task in the treatment program for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases is the fight against elevated cholesterol and blood pressure.

An unbalanced diet when you eat foods with a lot of animal fats.

The mechanism for regulating cholesterol in the human body is as follows: lipoproteins and associated cholesterol are under the influence of lecithin. The latter is a complex of lipids. Lecithin is able to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood due to its chemical properties. Thus, 1 molecule of lecithin can bind and remove as many as 3 molecules of cholesterol from the body.

However, the daily dose of lecithin can only be obtained by eating 0.5 kg of the above products.

Increasing the dose of lecithin per day by several times helps to sufficiently reduce cholesterol levels. In addition, it is an effective preventative against diseases of the cardiovascular system caused by atherosclerosis.

Lecithin is not unreasonably considered a building material for cells throughout the body. With the help of this complex, a child’s body grows and develops, and an adult’s body maintains strength and health.

Beef and chicken liver;

The body is able to produce lecithin on its own. But with age, the function of its production decreases, so a well-designed diet will saturate the cells with lecithin and improve health.

The main ones are quite simple; to make them you do not need to spend a lot of time searching for ingredients, and also incur large financial costs. Most of these recipes are available to every person who has a desire to improve their health.

Representatives of official medicine believe that folk remedies for atherosclerosis have a therapeutic effect only against the background of drug therapy. Before starting treatment with herbs or other non-traditional folk methods, patients must fulfill a number of conditions:

  • You can start traditional therapy only after consultation with a specialist;
  • make sure there are no allergic reactions to certain plants;
  • undergo the necessary examination to have a complete understanding of your health status;
  • If you are taking medications, find out how they may interact with non-traditional remedies

By neglecting these simple rules, you can cause serious damage to your body. If you are individually intolerant to certain components of folk recipes, severe allergic reactions may develop, including anaphylactic shock.

Composition and beneficial qualities

Why exactly these components were chosen to reduce the elevated level of lipophilic alcohol in the blood will help to understand the composition of each of them. But it should immediately be noted that these products contain large quantities of essential oils, minerals, vitamins A, E and C, which give them many healing qualities.

They effectively break down fat-like substances and improve the functioning of the liver, where the oxidation and breakdown of cholesterol occurs.

The use of garlic in the fight against hypercholesterolemia is due to its pronounced antibacterial effect. But besides this, it normalizes metabolic processes, accelerates the breakdown of fats and thus acts as an excellent prevention of atherosclerosis. With regular consumption of garlic, it will be possible to significantly reduce the high concentration of cholesterol in the blood and cleanse the body of waste and toxins.

Honey for atherosclerosis helps strengthen the heart muscle and prevents many pathologies of the myocardium and vascular system. The beekeeping product accelerates the production of hemoglobin, increases the strength of the walls of blood vessels, and due to the nicotinic acid present in the composition, it expands clogged blood vessels and takes an active part in the processes of removing harmful lipids from the body. Lemons are no less effective for vascular atherosclerosis. Citrus lowers high cholesterol levels by breaking it down in the liver, prevents the thinning of artery walls and removes toxic substances from the blood.

What herbs are used?

The cause of vascular atherosclerosis is the high content of dense lipid compounds in the blood. Therapy is carried out using lipid-lowering drugs. In addition to medications, cardiologists recommend herbal therapy. Plants included in the atherosclerotic collection should have the following effects:

  • cleanse the blood of excess cholesterol, waste and toxins;
  • normalize blood flow;
  • ensure normal functionality of the heart rhythm;
  • strengthen vascular walls and make them more elastic;
  • raise the patient’s immunological background;
  • create a calming effect on the endocrine and autonomic nervous system.

Ginkgo biloba

A drug developed from an extract of one of the most ancient trees in the world. Numerous scientific studies have identified substances in this unique plant, such as ginkgolides and bilobalides, which help strengthen vascular walls and stabilize cerebral and coronary circulation. They also activate the metabolism of brain tissue and prevent the occurrence of thrombosis. The use of a herbal preparation for vascular atherosclerosis will have the following effects on the patient’s body:

The use of the drug has the effect of dilating blood vessels and preventing the formation of blood clots.

Due to the beneficial properties of the substance, the plant is considered the most effective remedy in the fight against vascular atherosclerosis. In addition to the inhibitory effects on cholesterol, the use of the herb will have the following effects on the human body:

  • stabilizes blood circulation;

Maclura therapy helps strengthen the immune system and normalize metabolic processes in the body.

  • fatty acid;
  • pectin;
  • lemon acid;
  • flavonoids;
  • antioxidants.

Thanks to the powerful chemical composition of maclura, medicinal drugs based on it help to establish metabolism in the body, stimulate the immune system, cleanse the blood of harmful compounds and toxins and normalize blood pressure. Adam's apple contains poisonous extracts, so treatment with the fruit must be carried out strictly according to the recommended recipe.

Sophora for vessels

The beneficial properties of the plant are due to its high rutin content. In addition to the active substance, the composition contains the following flavonoids:

  • quercetin;
  • kaempferol;
  • genistein;
  • iron;
  • iodine;
  • potassium;
  • zinc;
  • magnesium;
  • phospholipids;
  • essential oils;
  • polysaccharides.

The use of Japanese Sophora for treatment reduces the accumulation of cholesterol on the walls of the arteries.
Rutin promotes the activation of fat metabolism, stops the accumulation of organic compounds and their deposition on the walls of blood vessels. In addition to eliminating “bad” cholesterol, Sophora japonica will help normalize blood pressure, improve blood flow and strengthen cardiac functionality. In the pharmacological group it is available in the form of herbal preparations and capsules.

Chestnut therapy

The fruit from the tree should be used to treat atherosclerosis of the lower extremities.

Official medicine has fully recognized the beneficial properties of the plant component. To prepare the products, horse chestnut flowers, stem peel and the fruits themselves are used. Medicines based on the active ingredient will help thin thick blood, normalize general blood flow, strengthen the vascular system and relieve pain symptoms.

Before using lemon, honey and garlic, whether orally or externally, you must ensure that there are no contraindications, so treatment begins with minimal doses and a sensitivity test.

How to use herbs?

Alfalfa, ginger and garlic are used individually and in mixture:

  1. Regular consumption of at least 1-3 cloves of garlic with food. Thus, blood vessels are cleared of deposits, blood pressure is reduced, the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract is improved, appetite is normalized, helminths and pathogens are expelled, swelling is relieved, and finally, immunity is increased.
  2. Garlic mixed with honey. Grate 250 g of peeled garlic and mix with 350 g of young honey. Infuse the mixture in a cool, dark place for about 10 days. Take a tablespoon on an empty stomach three times a day.
  3. Alcohol tincture of garlic. Recently, it has become traditional and the most popular for cleaning vessels. Garlic in alcohol is good at removing deposits in the spine and joints, including helping to get rid of gout.

350 g of garlic must be peeled and crushed to a pulpy state. Moreover, when grinding, it is advisable not to use metal tools. Pour the resulting mass with vodka or pure alcohol so that there is a layer of liquid on top (2-3 cm). Garlic must be infused for 10 days in a cool, dark place, shaking occasionally. Then the garlic pulp is filtered and removed.

This remedy has a strong cleansing effect, and therefore at the beginning of the course it is necessary to be careful in the dosage of the tincture, because the body may react unexpectedly and unpleasantly. Blood pressure may rise or fall, pain and dizziness may occur, tinnitus and heart pain may appear. You should not be afraid of such a reaction - you need to reduce the dose and/or take a break.

Different sources define doses differently. Some people believe that you need to drink 0.5 teaspoon three times a day. Someone recommends taking it according to the following scheme: the first day - one drop three times a day, and then adding a drop (up to 25 drops) at a time, and then reducing the number of drops per single dose (one every day).

When the number of drops returns to the original value, it is recommended to drink 25 drops three times a day until the tincture runs out. However, such large doses are applicable to people who are relatively young and healthy. For people burdened with diseases and sclerosis who have reached 60 years of age, it is better to take the tincture once a day (in the evening) no more than 5 drops. So, you can not only improve your owl’s condition, but also protect yourself from unexpected reactions of the body.

Mixed tincture of garlic, ginger and alfalfa. According to the previous recipe, you need to make a separate tincture of garlic, ginger and alfalfa. Then mix them in the following proportions: 2 parts ginger tincture, 3 parts alfalfa, 7 parts garlic. This tincture has even more pronounced cleansing properties than garlic, so all the warnings and dosage recommendations are also relevant here.

Restrictions on use and adverse reactions

It is impossible to treat atherosclerosis with the presented products if the patient has an individual intolerance or allergy to them, as well as the accompanying ingredients necessary for the preparation of a particular medicinal product. Persons with diabetes mellitus, high acidity of the stomach, and inflammatory liver diseases should approach this therapy with caution. Lemon, honey and garlic can irritate the gastrointestinal mucosa, increase the glycemic index and provoke allergic reactions.
