  • For high blood pressure and cholesterol, red wine with olive oil will help. The ingredients are mixed in equal proportions, take 2 tbsp. l. 2 times/day. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
  • For sudden increases in blood pressure, nervous tension, and digestive problems, add 50 g of dill seeds to 0.5 liters of wine. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, without letting it boil. Drink 50 ml an hour before bedtime. The duration of treatment is from 10 to 20 days.
