Approximately 10 of the planet's inhabitants have blood type 3, which affects the carrier's body, including character traits and mood. There is a theory according to which, knowing the composition of blood, you can tell a lot about a person. According to scientists, the habitat of the ancestors became a decisive factor in this matter.
AB0 system
Its essence is that antigens of two types - A and B - may or may not be present on red blood cells. In this case, the blood plasma contains antibodies (α and β) to antigens that are not found on red blood cells. A total of four combinations are possible.
Table
antigens | antibodies | category designation |
No | α,β | O(I) |
A | β | A(II) |
B | α | B(III) |
AB | No | AB(IV) |
Antigens and antibodies of the same name, for example B and β, cannot be present in human blood at the same time, since the destruction of red blood cells begins.
Rh factor
Within this system, a negative or positive characteristic is given by antigen D on the cell membrane of an erythrocyte. If it is present, the blood is Rh-positive (Rh+); if absent, the blood is Rh-negative (Rh-).
AB0 and Rh are of great importance for human health. As an example to illustrate this thesis, blood group 3 (Rh positive) is used below.
Rh+ B(III): nutrition
Many naturopathic specialists believe that people need to follow the diet indicated by their blood type to maintain health. Anyone who has blood type III, Rh positive, is recommended to build their menu based on the following products:
- Lamb and rabbit.
- Cabbage, eggplant, peppers, broccoli, carrots and other root vegetables.
- Cod, mackerel, halibut, flounder, pike, sturgeon, salmon.
- Caviar of various fish.
- Rice, oatmeal, rice flour pasta.
- Eggs.
- Beans, beans, soybeans.
- Low-fat cheeses, yogurt, cottage cheese.
- Wheat bread, rice cakes.
- Pineapple, apricot, banana, plum.
- Curry, ginger.
- Olive oil.
- Green tea.
- Juices from grapes, cabbage, pineapple and cranberries.
- Decoctions of ginseng or raspberry leaves.
But it is recommended to avoid the following products:
- Alcohol and tomato juice.
- Pomegranate, coconut, pear.
- Corn, lentils, chickpeas, tomatoes.
- Rye, barley, millet, corn and buckwheat porridge.
- Sunflower and soybean oils.
- Perch, crustaceans and seafood.
- Ice cream.
- Pork and poultry.
Products not listed should be consumed in limited quantities. Eating prohibited foods, according to naturopaths, will lead to excess weight gain and health problems.
Blood type 3 positive: general characteristics
As can be seen from the table, blood group B(III) has B antigens and α antibodies. In the literature you can find different designations for this group. The letters used are Latin and Cyrillic, lowercase and uppercase: B, b and b3, B, b and b3, when indicating rhesus - b3+.
This category is not as rare as the fourth, but in terms of frequency of occurrence it is inferior to the first and second. In Europe, the occurrence rate is 11%. As we move from west to east, antigen B appears more and more often in people's blood. Therefore, race and ethnicity influence population characteristics within AB0.
How does a child develop blood type b3?
In order for a child to receive this group, at least one parent must have antigen B. If the parents have different blood, it is impossible to predict what kind of blood the child will have after conception. For example, the father has the first blood group with negative Rhesus, the mother has the third blood group, while being Rh positive (diheterozygote). In this case, according to the law of independent inheritance (Mendel’s third law), either 1 group or 3 can be formed, with Rh+ or Rh-.
Features during pregnancy
The pregnancy period in the 3rd positive group usually proceeds without any complications, and there are also no pathologies. In rare cases, incompatibility between the mother and the unborn child or newly-made spouses may occur. If the first problem occurs, it can be solved at 28 weeks of pregnancy. If there is incompatibility in a young couple, then various solutions can be applied, from which you can choose the one that is most suitable.
First of all, these could be:
- expensive treatment;
- surrogacy;
- other ways to solve this problem.
It is important to note the aspect that with different blood types of parents, the third group will be the strongest. Therefore, the newborn baby will wear a different group from dad or mom, which will not be the third. During pregnancy, certain complications may arise if the Rh blood factors of both parents do not match, for example, one is Rh negative, and the other parent is Rh positive. In this case, the woman carrying the child will be under strict medical supervision to ensure that complications do not arise (miscarriage or stillbirth).
Before planning a pregnancy, you must take a test to determine the blood type and Rh factor of the future parents to determine compatibility. It is the results of the blood test of future parents that will help avoid the occurrence of sad situations during pregnancy, which will also preserve the health and life of the mother and the unborn child.
Third positive blood group: characteristics of transfusion
In medical practice, blood transfusions are necessary for various diseases. The blood of the donor and recipient must necessarily match each other's blood group and rhesus. If they contain different antigens and antibodies and differ in Rh, the consequences of such a transfusion can be sad, even leading to coma and death.
- If a person has B(III), then he can be transfused with blood of his own group and the first (there are no antigens).
- He can act as a donor to a person with his own or fourth group (no antibodies).
The Rh factor in both cases must be the same for the donor and recipient.
Characteristic
Blood, as an immutable genetic trait, carries a lot of information about its owner. This applies to determining character by blood type, temperament, dietary habits and many other characteristics.
By nature, people with the third blood group are distinguished by their correctness, measuredness and high sensitivity to others. They are very clean and hardworking, courteous and correct in communication, but they will not be able to remain silent if they disagree with the interlocutor.
Perfectionism is another main characteristic of people with a third negative blood type. This applies not only to their own actions, but also to the demands they make of others. They are quite strict and critical both at work and at home.
Striving to achieve the best results
Pregnancy in women of the third blood group usually proceeds favorably. However, in combination with a negative factor, a Rh conflict between the blood of the mother and the fetus may occur. This happens if the baby inherits an Rh-positive factor from the father. The mother's immune system perceives the fetus as a foreign protein agent and tries to destroy its red blood cells.
The result of Rh conflict during pregnancy can manifest itself as hemolytic disease of the newborn, anemia, hydrocephalus (dropsy of the brain), perinatal pathology of the nervous system, and even spontaneous abortion in the early stages of pregnancy.
If a woman has a negative Rh factor, it is recommended to preserve the first pregnancy, in which the amount of fetal antigens may not be so significant. With each subsequent pregnancy, the risk of developing Rh conflict and miscarriage increases.
If a pregnant woman has a third negative blood group and her partner is Rh-positive, she should especially carefully monitor the course of pregnancy and regularly determine the antibody titer and their activity. Early delivery or intrauterine red blood cell transfusion may be required.
Blood group 3 (Rh positive and negative): characteristics of potential diseases
Some researchers believe that different ABO blood levels suggest a tendency to develop certain diseases. Therefore, each group is recommended to be more attentive to their symptoms and not neglect prevention.
People with B(III) have good immunity. High levels of sex hormones are recorded in the blood of men and women.
However, they have an increased risk of acquiring the following diseases:
- diabetes,
- chronic fatigue,
- autoimmune disorders,
- osteocondritis of the spine,
- infectious lesions of the urinary system,
- pneumonia,
- intestinal tumors.
Diet
The word “diet” in this case should not be misleading. It does not mean changing your diet in order to lose weight. We are talking about nutrition that provides a balanced content of vitamins, microelements, and amino acids necessary for people with B3.
Products that must be on the menu
It is believed that people with this group benefit from:
- milk and its derivatives,
- lamb and rabbit,
- fish (flounder, sardine, sturgeon, cod, halibut, pike),
- nuts (almonds and walnuts),
- porridge (rice, millet, oatmeal),
- Red beans,
- vegetables (beets, carrots, eggplants),
- fruits (grapes, pineapple),
- greens (parsnips, parsley),
- olive oil,
- White bread,
- green tea.
Foods to Avoid
This is not a complete ban. It is okay if a person eats something from the list below. It’s just that such products should not be constantly present on the menu. These include:
- pork,
- chicken and waterfowl meat,
- smoked salmon,
- crayfish,
- processed cheese,
- porridge (millet, barley, buckwheat),
- lentils,
- peanut,
- vegetables (tomatoes, radishes),
- fruits (persimmon),
- sunflower and corn oil,
- strong alcoholic drinks.
The influence of blood on character and lifestyle
Holders of the third positive blood group delight everyone with their easy-going and open character.
They quickly find a common language with other people, make new acquaintances and do not lose confidence and optimism even in very difficult situations. They have a strong sense of justice and stand up not only for their relatives, but also for strangers. People with such blood were greatly influenced by their historical origins from nomads, who are always in search of something new and make unexpected decisions, easily adapt to different conditions around them, such people have no constancy.
People with positive blood type 3 are suitable for creative professions, which is explained by their restless nature.
Men are characterized by such qualities as wit, charm, and assertiveness. The peculiarity of women is inconstancy, they are flighty and charming, they always have many fans. Most carriers of the third blood group have no health problems, but few suffer from dysfunction of the endocrine glands. Common pathologies are diabetes and multiple sclerosis. In many cases, people with this type of blood experience poor concentration and constant fatigue.
